3.5 billion! 10GW heterojunction solar cell project settled in Leshan

  Recently, Sichuan Shuoyang Heterojunction New Energy Co., Ltd. published the draft environmental impact report for the 10GW high-efficiency heterojunction cell project (Phase I) in Leshan High-tech Zone. It is reported that the project plans to invest a total of 3.5 billion yuan and will be built in two phases, 5GW each, using the company's independently developed second-generation heterojunction HBC technology to produce heterojunction cells.

  According to the data, Sichuan Shuoyang Heterojunction New Energy Co., Ltd. was established on August 25, 2023. Aiqicha's equity penetration shows that the company's major shareholder is Fujian Juneng Power, which is a holding subsidiary of GS-Solar Energy. GS-Solar Energy is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development of a new generation of high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic cell technology and providing heterojunction complete line equipment and services. The company is headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian Province.
