Yunnan Jingsai New Energy Co., Ltd.'s annual 5GW photovoltaic module manufacturing and supporting project (1.5GW in the first phase) has a total land area of ​​42.95 acres. The first phase of the project plans to build a new building area of ​​17,767.05 square meters and plans to produce Seraphim N-type high-efficiency TOPCon modules. According to the information, Yunnan Jingsai New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in April 2024. The legal representative is its actual controller Li Ming. The registered capital is RMB 40 million. The business scope covers the manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components.

According to equity penetration, the company was established with capital contributions from Jinzhai Seraphim Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Seraphim Holdings, Henan Ant Green Point New Energy Co., Ltd., and Li Ming.
